Check the Discord browser, it keeps asking me to purchase Nitro to get the Ash bundle perk (inside the Discord market tab, it was not visible in-game). However, no perk package is delivered in mail. Purchase and immediately syncs with my varied accounts - even see the booster pop up immediately in game. Also, I was DIRECTED to message them directly per my Discord support agent (Waterloo). For transparency this is my first dealing with them directly. Yes my opinions and expectations were colored by past experiences and stories I've read here an on the subreddit about it - but I tried to present as much information as I could give them and in as concise text/images to support everything I was saying. I didn't originally post here because I addressed the issue from the source (Discord), after a few days of back and forth with them, they direct me to the WF support. After patiently waiting for a week (they had just gotten through with TennoCon so I was prepared for a backlog), I get a hollow form-letter response to go to the forums and repost a direct question from one of their corporate partners into the ether from Harry.
I personally, pay for a lot of peoples nitro just so they can boost my server and I can guarantee, if I had a Family Plan to work with, I would use it.TLDR - mildly embittered player first time dealing with DE support. I also want to put out there, that this would help more people strive to get a higher "Badge" for boosting, since that badge disappears once you stop paying for nitro.
(The person paying for the Discord Nitro Family Plan). Each individual should still get the same benefits as the normal Discord Nitro, still receiving two boosts per user, while Server Boost Management should be able to be arranged by the family plan owner. Through the Discord Nitro Family Plan, people would purchase Nitro normally, but have the options to add a friend and/or family to the plan for a discounted price since their buying in bulk, instead of the full price of 9.99/mo per person. I still think this would be a great idea, for it would be very convenient and there are many others that agree. Discord Nitro Family Plan option! This idea has been posted for over a year now so I figured I would update the suggestion.
